The diamond core drilling system is designed for professional channel drilling up to 350 mm. This diamond channel core drilling system includes the CDM 23 WP core drilling machine with a 2.7 hp 2-stroke petrol engine, the CDR 350 channel core drill stand and a coordinated range of accessories. The 3-speed gearbox optimally exploits the engine torque and always drives the diamond core bit at the ideal speed when starting to suit the diameter of the cutting tool. Tool change is easy with the quick-release drill bit holder with integrated spindle protection.
This petrol driven sewer pipe drill rig makes a unique efficient core drilling system that optimally supports its user in every work situation. The drill stand is assembled using a tensioning ratchet when the sewer pipe is in an exposed position. If the sewer pipe is not completely accessible, the core drill rig is just as easily installed by anchoring it in the ground. The ergonomically placed hand crank wheel enables fatigue-free core drilling with both vertical and horizontal operation. The Teflon® coated support guide ensures lasting precision even under high loads with sliding sleeves and galvanized steel columns. The high stability of this innovative drill stand enables the precise angled drilling from 90 ° to 45 °. A useful detail is that crane eyelet, thanks to which the entire canal core drilling system can be lifted effortlessly and quickly into or out of the construction pit. The sewer pipe drill stand can, due to its universal mounting plate, be easily equipped with any electric drill motor. As tried-and-tested accessories a footboard unit, an excavator bucket frame and a water pressure tank are also available.
