VACUUM-WET 500
More efficiency for the premier class of floor saws. UNICUT 520 and 600 and the MULTICUT 900/905 benefit from fully hydraulic driven sludge extraction, which can be installed quickly and easily.
The VACUUM-WET VW 500 dirty water suction machine is designed for quick and easy attachment to the UNICUT 520, the UNICUT 600 and the MULTICUT 900/905 floor saws with a mounting kit. The sludge extraction for floor saws operates as a stand-alone system that is driven by the floor saw through a hydraulic interface. The power consumption of the hydraulic wastewater suction unit is 9 kW.
The sludge extraction system for floor saws removes the cutting sludge during the sawing work. Vacuuming up the waste material reduces the friction on the blade, which enables the machine to work more effectively while increasing the saw blade service life. The hydraulic Wastewater suction achieves flow rates of 2,200 m³ / h (air) and 2,450 l / h (water).
The use of mobile sludge extraction for wet cutting work protects the environment by collecting the cutting sludge so that it does not pollute the surrounding area. Additionally, the cutting / cooling water from cutting operations and, cleaned water from the sludge can be reused for cooling subsequent cutting work. The minimization of freshwater consumption contributes to the conservation of valuable natural resources.
LISSMAC's mobile dirty water filter systems SFA 400 and SFA 900 for cleaning drilling and cutting sludge, complement the mobile sludge extraction, producing a sustainable system that advantageously combines ecological and economic goals. Highly efficient wastewater suction for the powerful UNICUT 520, UNICUT 600 and MULTICUT 900/905 floor saws. Find out how efficiency and service life benefit from using VW 500 wastewater suction:
Technical data
Further information

Sustainability
- Conservation of resources by minimal water consumption, as well as use of environmentally friendly drive technology, collectors and recovery of the cutting/cooling water slurry, waste water cleaning and material reclamation, as well as recycling of cutting/cooling water. In order to ensure this type of ecologically and economically sustainable system, the use of the following wet and dry extraction developed by LISSMAC is indispensable.
