The hydraulic wire saw system LWCH 100 is the efficient, long-lasting solution for constantly changing requirements on construction sites. The hydraulic diamond wire saw is easy to use transport and quickly install. With the diamond wire saw, dimensionally accurate openings can be made in concrete of any shape and with almost unlimited cutting depth. The hydraulic wire saw is driven by the GR2 hydraulic motor. The cable storage is 7.4 m, the overall cable length is 10.8 m.
The diamond wire saw for concrete can be used universally for demolition and renovation work as well as for sawing openings, pipes, pillars and foundations. Mounting the saw directly on the cutting surface makes faster, safer and easier work possible. The machine is intuitive to use speeding up work. A roller arrangement significantly speeds up cable insertion and eliminates errors. Also very practical, this extremely versatile wire saw can be turned into a core drilling rig with just two screws.
The hydraulic wire saw has two 280 mm drive rollers and 200 mm diverter rolls. The wire saw is designed for diamond wires with a diameter of 11 mm (sintered) or 10 mm diameter (electroplated).
