In the demanding environment of a steel service center, these are crucial aspects. With the double-sided machining center, the parts are machined from above and below in one pass. There is no need to turn the parts, which is a particular challenge with large and heavy workpieces. The machines are also able to compensate for warpage or thickness tolerances. Depending on the application, the SBM are used as individual machines or as processing lines. For lower production volumes, we also offer high-performance and particularly economical entry-level machines with our SMD 1 series.
