Active lunch break at LISSMAC

Unfortunately, we had to realize that we hardly move at all during the lunch break, let alone go out into the fresh air. And this despite the fact that the beautiful Wurzacher Ried is so close by. With a special lunch break outdoor concept with many relaxation and stretching exercises from the health center in Brugg, we were able to inspire many employees to take an active lunch break. Of course, fresh fruit and drinks are also available. In addition to the positive effect that all employees return to work relaxed and refreshed, we also very much appreciate the exchange among each other during the lunch break.
