Change at the top - LISSMAC with new management as of 2022

On January 1, 2022, the dual leadership of Dr. Hinrich Dohrmann and Daniel Keller will take over the management. Klaus Kiefer, Chairman of the Management Board of LISSMAC Maschinenbau GmbH, will retire on April 30, 2022.

My two successors are firmly rooted in the company, are very well networked in the industry and have further expanded their previous areas of responsibility with unerring entrepreneurial flair. LISSMAC has grown very close to my heart over the past decades. I am extremely pleased to hand over the responsibility into such competent and hands-on hands", says Klaus Kiefer, who successfully determined the fate of LISSMAC Maschinenbau GmbH as Managing Director for 21 years.


Growth and internationalization characterize Klaus Kiefer's term of office. In order to position LISSMAC well for the future and to cope with the increased business volume, the management was expanded to two persons in 2020 and a second managing director, Dr. Hinrich Dohrmann, was established in the company. Dr. Dohrmann, who holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering, has many years of experience as a managing director and has already been in charge of production, development, materials management, and industrial handling and systems engineering since October 1, 2020.


Daniel Keller takes over responsibility for service, marketing, sales and the commercial area from Klaus Kiefer. Daniel Keller began his career at LISSMAC in 1998. Since 2012, he has been responsible for sales in the CT business area and, together with his team, has succeeded in almost doubling sales in this business area. Daniel Keller has been an authorized signatory of LISSMAC Maschinenbau GmbH since 2015 and also CEO of LISSMAC Middle East FZE since 2018. In addition to his managing director position at LISSMAC Maschinenbau GmbH, he will take over the management of the sales subsidiaries.
