VACUUM-WET 100
More efficiency for floor saws. The VW 100 sludge suction machine fits all machine types, accelerating cutting operations while increasing the service life of the saw blades.
The VACUUM-WET VW 100 dirty water suction machine works independently with a 9.6 kW petrol engine (VW 100 P) or a 7.5 kW electric motor (VW 100 E). Sludge extraction for floor saws removes the cutting sludge during the sawing work. By sucking away the waste material, it reduces friction on the saw blade, so the machine works more effectively, and the saw blade service life is increased.
The mobile dirty water suction machine can be equipped with the extra accessories such as a protective cover for the saw blade and a suction shoe which can be adapted to suit any floor saw. The stand-alone unit is mounted on one sturdy chassis and is driven by its own petrol or electric motor, the wet suction delivery rates are 1,600 m³ / h (air) and 1,250 l / h (water). The use of mobile sludge extraction for wet cutting work protects the environment as the cutting sludge is collected so that it does not pollute the surrounding area. Additionally, the blade cooling water and cleaned water from the sludge can be reused in further cutting / cooling operations. The minimization of freshwater consumption contributes to the conservation of valuable natural resources. LISSMAC's mobile dirty water filter systems SFA 400 and SFA 900 for cleaning drilling and cutting sludge complements the mobile sludge extraction producing a sustainable system that combines both ecological and economic goals.
The efficiency and service life of floor cutters benefits from using mobile waste water suction. Find out more about the VW 100:

Sustainability
Conservation of resources by minimal water consumption, as well as use of environmentally friendly drive technology, collectors and recovery of the cutting/cooling water slurry, waste water cleaning and material reclamation, as well as recycling of cutting/cooling water. In order to ensure this type of ecologically and economically sustainable system, the use of the following wet and dry extraction developed by LISSMAC is indispensable.
