Working with the wall saw LWSE 540 is easy, safe and requires minimal effort. The light saw is suitable for reinforced concrete and masonry. It has cutting depth adjustment and guarantees a perfect straight cut thanks to its clever, robust construction. With a maximum saw blade diameter of 540 mm, up to 210 mm deep cuts are possible. The high-torque 2.2 kW motor uses 230 V from the a household socket and achieves excellent cutting performance at 2,700 rpm.
Sawing wall and window cut-outs and renovating balconies - the range of applications for the wall saw is extremely wide. With optional accessories, sawing flush with the wall is also an option, one of the specialties of this extremely useful tool, which is also capable of plunging saw cuts. The wall saw has a patented carriage assembly system for the sawing machine. Safety is guaranteed even if the saw blade jams in the wall. The saw is protected from overload by a thermal switch and a slip clutch as well as a PRCD.
The saw is well designed with a thorough understanding of everyday use. Robust guide rails enable precise cutting. These rails consist of an extremely light, resilient aluminium profile directly attached to the wall with two M12 dowels. The carriage is firmly mounted on the rail and the integrated spirit levels ensure accuracy. An elongated hole in the mounting ring enables quick fine adjustment.
